Pancake Mix

Pancake mix comes in four flavors: Buttermilk, Apple Cinnamon, Blueberry and of course the more hardy Buckwheat. This mix is sourced locally from a family owned and run mill. This compliments my maple syrup perfectly, my favorite is the buttermilk with a healthy dose of fresh picked blueberries mixed in the smothered with my maple syrup. If fresh picked blueberries are not available then my go to becomes the Blueberry mix, but you can't go wrong with any of them they are all great.
