What can I say about the Hot Sauce, but WOW! It starts out with the sweetness of the maple and then turns warm heading towards just plain hot. The thing that makes the hot sauce stand out is flavor, many hot sauces are just insainly hot, plenty of them have a pepper flavor, this one has a amazing flavor which is exactly what we wanted when we developed it, we just didn't want heat we wanted flavor. It goes great on chilli, wings, over eggs or any place else you like hot sauce.
