Our Maple Cream also known as Maple Butter or Maple spread. Is named as such for the creamy or butter like texture, nicely spreadable on toast, bagels, english muffins or anything else you want to sweeten up. Maple Cream is vegan, dairy-free,gluten-free, nut-free and containd no additives. Maple Cream is nothing but pure maple syrup cooked up to a higher tempature then cooler down to about 40 degrees making it a thick taffy consistancy. The taffy is then stirred in a maple cream machine until smooth, creamy and delicious.
