My pure Maple Syrup comes in 3 grades. 

Amber with a Rich Taste - Has a smooth maple flavor. Is fantastic on vanilla ice cream, pancakes or waffles.

Dark with a Robust Taste - Comes with a pronounced maple flavor. Is the perfect choice for the maple lover. works well on all foods.

Very Dark with a Strong Taste - This used to be Grade B. You know this is maple, no doubt about it. The strongest of the maple grades. Many my find it a little strong on pancakes, ice cream etc. But try it in cooking, the maple flavor comes thru.
